Book Appointment

Steps to Book an Appointment:

• Navigate to https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ 
• Go to Online Services -> Vehicle Related Services
• Now go to Appointment -> Book Appointment
• Enter Application Number and proceed with booking an appointment

Note - In some cases booking appointment will not work. So, don't panic. It happens with me as well !! 

If you unable to book an appointment and seeing below message pop-up. Go directly to RTO office during working hours. 

Finally, go to RTO office with all required documents. Ask inquiry or search for "Private Vehicle Department" i.e. "खाजगी वाहन विभाग"
And search for the window where you see "खाजगी वाहन संवर्गातील सर्व प्रकरणाना मान्यता देणे (Approval)".

For PCMC RTO, go to "खिडकी क्र. 12" [Window No - 12] and submit all documents to the concerned officer.  

Once, you submitted all documents and application is accepted, insist for acknowledgement on e-FEE receipt copy.
