Docs Required

The following documents are required for Hypothecation Termination. 

1. Original Registration certificate
2. Original Form no. 35 duly filled (for deletion of Hypothecation given by Bank - 2 copies)
3. Original No Objection Certificate [Given by Bank]
4. Self attested copy of valid insurance
5. Self attested copy of valid pollution under control certificate.
6. Self attested copy of Aadhar Card
7. Self attested copy of PAN Card

Please Note - Bank NOC is generally valid only for 3 months. You must submit your application to the RTO, before the NOC expiration. Also, keep original Aadhar card, PAN card with you if officer want to verify with you.
